Are EXYRA glasses available in prescription?

Yes, we can fit your EXYRA Glasses with a prescription. But at this early stage, we can only offer Single Vision lenses Sphere (SPH) correction for nearsightedness or farsightedness glasses, in power range from +6.00 to -8.00.

If you not so sure how to read your eyeglass prescription, please send us your prescription to help@exyraeyewear.com, and we will help you from there.

Because of Kickstater rules, we need to charge for this separately after the campaign ends. Special Kickstarter offer just AU$40!

If you are interested in other lens correction type(Bifocal,etc) please subscribe to our email list http://www.exyraeyewear.com/ so we can notify you as soon as possible when the option becomes available.

Will wearing the glasses change the color tone of the screens I look at?

EXYRA designed for people who does colour-sensitive work, like graphic designer, engineer or any profession that alter the colours is bad for their work.

Our glasses come with clear lenses and will not change the color tone of your screen you look at.

1. Do I need Magnification? This magnification is designed to take the pressure off your eyes by slightly enlarging the object so that your ciliary muscles do not overwork. To achieve this, we will apply +0.25 D to your lenses.

So, if your work or activities solely involve staring at your computer and not interacting with your surrounding environment -- for example, coding and Excel -- you should consider this option. If not, then don’t. (No extra cost.)

2. Can I choose magnification for prescription lenses At this stage, we can only provide single-vision lenses. For that reason, magnification is available only for non-prescription lenses. If you select magnification, we then need your PD (pupillary distance) measurement for optimal results.

3. How to measure my PD? PD is normally measured during the eye test and written in your prescription. If it's missing, or you never had it measured before, you can always measure it yourself. Please find the following link to guide you on how to measure your PD.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the project is locked down for shipping. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:

BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

When will my pledge will be shipped, charged or locked down?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?

This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
